Q. Who is Buypower & what do they do?

a. Buypower is an independently owned organisation and we purchase in very large quantities of a veriety of  products from suppliers world wide. Such bulk purchasing buypower now enables us to pass-on the very lowest volume purchase prices directly to our on line customers.

2. Products

Q. What product guarantees do Buypower offer?

a. All our products are guaranteed as authentic, unused, & carry a manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship. We replace all products as follows: Faulty/Damaged product - full money back guarantee including postage

b. Customer does not like product - money back guarantee less postage cost providing that the product can be resold i.e. unused & in original packaging

c. Product not as described - in the unlikely event of the product not being as described for any reason - full money back guarantee including postage

Q. How can I keep abreast of new products as they become available on the website?

4. Delivery

Q. What types of delivery do Buypower use?

a. We principally use Royal Mail first class post (more expensive items by recorded delivery). This normally arrives within 1 to 5 days of posting. However for bulkier parcels we may use other couriers like Parcelforce, DHL or similar.

5. Dispatch Order Fulfilment

Q. When do buypower despatch

a. We almost always have every product listed in stock and we despatch orders before 11.00am the same day of if after this time then at the very latest the next if   payment is made in time. We do not despatch Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this you will be informed by e-mail.

6. Worried about orders being lost or delayed?

Q. What if my product does not arrive?

a. Please allow 6 working days (mon-fri only) after payment before you contact us. If you have still not received your parcel please email us at enquiries@buypower.co.uk giving us your name, address, item & date paid. We will get back to you within one working day. A replacement will be provided however you may have to sign a form for a claim to be made on the courier for non delivery.

7. Order Item Protection

Q. What type of packaging do you use?

a. We use either maximum protective bubble envelopes or bubble wrap and brown paper packaging & no package has anything on it to suggest who sent it or what it contains.

8. Returns

Q. Do buypower offer a return service if the customer is not entirely satisfied?

a. Yes, please see 2. Above.

9. Payment

Q. What types of payment do Buypower Accept?

a. We accept most types of credit & debit card. However we also accept cheques & postal orders send to Buypower, Unit 4a, Morgan Lonprell Industrial Estate, Clockmill Road, Dunston, Gateshead. Please detail the item you require, the quantity, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address & cheque or postal order. We will process the order for you through our system & post the goods to you (when cheque has cleared if cheque sent).
