We use Royal Mail 1st Class Service for most of our items unless stipulated and our items are delivered to the UK in 1 to 3 working days. Should you have any questions regarding an item please e-mail us on enquiries@buypower.co.uk.
You may return any goods purchased from our site subject to the following terms & conditions:
1. The goods are faulty/damaged
Please e-mail us at enquiries@buypower.co.uk stating the following:
Goods purchased, date purchased, your name & address, nature of fault/damage. We will then e-mail you back confirming the address to send the goods to. Once the goods are received, providing they are in excellent condition (except for the fault/damage) you will receive a full refund.
If the goods are damaged by Royal Mail/Courier, (this will probably be apparent because the outer packaging will probably be damaged), it may be necessary to make a claim against the carrier. Whilst we may need your assistance in claiming against the carrier, we will still guarantee to replace your goods free of charge.
2. You decide that you do not want the goods
Please e-mail us at enquiries@buypower.co.uk, stating the following information:
Goods purchased, date purchased, your name & address, reason for return. We will then e-mail you back confirming the address to send the goods to. Once the goods are received, providing they are in excellent condition & unused, you will receive a full refund (except for the cost of returning the goods). Please note that we can only accept returns within 14 days of purchase
